Open House

 Open House takes place in our Champions Café. Some would call it café church. However, we are doing more than drinking coffee, and eating food. These evenings are held every Wednesday evening and lives are being changed. Our 24 week theme is "Life to the Full." We are going through a discipleship course and are trumpeting to the people that if they give us one year of their life they will be changed forever! God's presence so fell on His people last Wednesday evening that people were baptized with the Holy Spirit, and filled with the evidence of speaking in tongues. Lives were healed, revived and set free. It was awesome what Jesus has done. Please keep praying for us, and that Father continues to pour out His Spirit upon us.

Jesus Culture Visits Glasgow!

Champion Youth

 Stepping stones with our youth. The youth in Champion Life Church are starting to understand that God has a great plan for their lives. They are becoming more aware of His presence and that He values them. In the east end of Glasgow, City (our church area), is filled with violence, high crime, drugs, alcoholism, broken homes, abuse, rejection, etc. We believe that we can reach the next generation in our area, and that lives can be immensely changed in the city. There is hope for the future of Glasgow, and we envision all the negative in the land diminishing! Jesus is Lord. "Lord, let Glasgow flourish by the preaching of your Word and the praising of your name!"

  

Audacious Leaders Summit

 

We (Paul and Heini) go to Audacious Church in Manchester, England 4-5 times a year. They have a pastors summit from a Friday into Saturday evening. It is a great time to flourish and grow under the teaching of God's Word, building awesome relationships, and coming back to Glasgow (Champion Life Church) encouraged and inspired with new and fresh vision. This past Friday, November 22 they even took a surprise offering up for us. We were greatly encouraged!

Hawaiian Night (May 31)

We had our first church Hawaiian Night to raise funds for

up and coming projects. God is good and provisions have

come through.

 

 



Danny Silk

Danny Silk is a powerful leader and apostle from Bethel Church in Redding California.

He made his way to Glasgow City in the month of May to a church in friendship with ours. His dynamic ministry came with such impact to encourage churches and leaders throughout the city.

Danny's main message spoke of freedom, the aposotlic age, and raising

a culture of love & honor within the church. We had the opportunity to bring

several of our church leaders to this two day conference. We're changed forever!

Prophetic Art

Champion Life Church is taking new adventures

in prophetic art paintings. People who have artisitc

skill are being released to exercise their gifts through

the arts & spiritual pictures that God gives to them.

 Through these paintings many people have been blessed.

After our Sunday morning church service we went back

to our house with 14 of our leaders. Lunch was served, then Pastor Dave & Marsha

imparted their leadership experiences to us. They left us with powerful

insights on how to be effective church leaders, how to continue to grow spiritually,

and keep on track with what God has planned for our lives. There encouragement

came at a perfect time for where we are at right now.

Baptism Service

Hello Everyone!

 

Sunday 14th April was a glorious Sunday - Baptism Sunday!

 

Here are some photos...We baptised 12 people, one of them was our own precious daughter Gloria!

God is so good! One of the people who got baptised, received Jesus into his heart the same Sunday! As he saw others getting baptised, he asked if he could get baptised too...

 Eleanor is one of the first youth who ever came to church...She has been coming to the church for the past five years now. None of her family comes to church but she has found her faith in Jesus and is faithfully committed in coming on her own.

Jacqueline is another one of the young people who came to know the Lord through our Kids Hour on Tuesday nights...She now comes as a helper, and is very faithful in coming to church even though none of her family believes. Please keep praying for all our young believers! And that their families would come to know the Lord too.

 

 

Caprice became a Christian in December 2012 and has been very regular attender of the church ever since! Neither her family knows the Lord, so please keep her in your prayers too!

Our own daughter Gloria, seven years of age! She was determined that she wanted to get water baptised...She loves the Lord! What a glorious day for daddy to baptise his little princess!

Guy received Jesus in his heart in our morning service and as he saw people getting baptised he joined them too!! This is what happened in the book of Acts!!
